Budget and Resource Planning (BRP) reports directly to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, and has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the University’s budget processes. BRP supports the University's financial operations through the planning and allocation of financial resources, and by providing analysis to enhance university decision-making and resource planning across campus. 

In addition to preparing the University’s annual budget, BRP offers budget partners at the Level 3 Responsibility Unit (RU) and department level tools and support for their regular budgetary tasks.
